A valid Resale Certificate is required to activate your wholesale tax-exempt status.

We cannot cross-mix different product types in the same case (no Purée + Refresher in one case). The 1-case minimum still applies.
Orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern (Mon–Fri) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.

We keep cases intact (no cross-mixing inside a case), but your pallet can include different products as needed. We’ll optimize the pallet build for safe transit and confirm that your combined case count meets our half-pallet/full-pallet thresholds in the quote.

We ship primarily via FedEx Ground, with select orders moving through USPS or UPS Ground when it’s faster or more cost-effective.
Large or multi-box orders may generate multiple tracking numbers (you’ll receive them by email).
Pallet/bulk shipments go LTL freight.
We ship Monday–Friday. In-stock orders placed by 1:00 PM ET ship the same business day; orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
Drop-ship orders: Some items ship directly from our partner facility. Dispatch times can vary, but we’ll notify you with ETA and tracking as soon as it’s available. (Large orders may ship in multiple boxes with multiple tracking numbers.)
We ship to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations aren’t available at this time.

Yes—half-pallet and full-pallet orders ship LTL freight with our established carrier partners. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days from dispatch (appointments may add time).
Liftgate / Appointment delivery: Available when required by the site; carriers may apply additional fees.
Scheduling & tracking: You’ll receive freight tracking, and the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.
Receiving: Please ensure someone is available to receive the pallet during the scheduled window.
Yes. Our team shops multiple carrier partners to find the best total value for your shipment—balancing cost, transit time, and reliability. We also factor in any required accessorials (e.g., liftgate, appointment, residential) so your quote is complete and predictable—no surprise add-ons later.

As soon as the shipping label is created and printed, we send a branded tracking email showing your tracking number(s) and the items shipping. You can also view tracking anytime in your My Account portal when logged in.
Partial / split shipments & drop-ship: If part of your order ships later or from a partner facility, you’ll receive an additional tracking email the moment that portion ships.
Large orders may ship in multiple boxes; you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each.

Yes! Your bank info is never stored by The Fruitful Grind.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which uses bank-level encryption. Stripe saves only a secure token, not your actual bank numbers, so you can pay faster next time with complete peace of mind.
What if I don’t want to save it?
No problem — just uncheck the “Save payment method” box at checkout. Your payment will be processed one time only, and nothing will be saved for future use.
Right after checkout, you’ll have multiple ways to grab your invoice:
Thank You page: You’ll be redirected to a confirmation screen with a PDF Invoice button.
Email: An order confirmation is sent to your billing email immediately, with the PDF invoice attached.
My Account portal: Log in anytime to view your order history and download a PDF invoice for each order.
Need a correction (PO, address, tax info)? Email orders@thefruitfulgrind.com with your order number and we’ll update the invoice if eligible.
Yes. You can save multiple payment methods in My Account → Payment Methods, set one as your default, and add/remove them anytime. We support saved credit/debit cards (and ACH bank accounts once enabled).
How to get tax-exempt status

Requirements
The certificate must match your business name and the ship-to state.
Multi-state operations: upload a certificate for each ship-to state.
Until a certificate is received and approved, applicable sales tax will be charged. Once approved, your account will be marked tax-exempt for future orders.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on products that are unused with all inner units still factory-sealed. The outer case may be opened—just reseal it securely with tape for transit.
Start a return: Email orders@thefruitfulgrind.com with your Order #, items, and reason. We’ll issue an RMA# and instructions.
Return shipping: For wrong item/changed mind, customer pays return shipping. If we made an error or items arrived damaged, we cover it.
Packaging condition: Case must be clean, complete, and safely reboxed; include all inner units (no missing or opened units).
Refunds/credits: Processed 3–5 business days after inspection to the original payment method (or store credit for Net 30). Outbound shipping isn’t refundable.
Threshold note: If your return drops the order below the free-shipping threshold, we may deduct the original shipping cost.
Exclusions: Closeouts/special orders, tampered inner seals, or product not suitable for resale.
Report within 3 days of delivery (freight/LTL: note issues on the BOL at delivery; concealed damage—tell us within 3 days).

Include photos: outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the damaged item(s). For shortages, include a pic of case count/packing slip.
Keep all packaging until we confirm—carriers may request pickup/inspection.
We’ll file the claim and issue a replacement or credit—typically within 3–5 business days after receiving details.
Check for multiple shipments first. Parcel carriers often split deliveries—part may arrive today and the rest the next day. Sometimes one box shows “Delivered” while still en route and arrives the following day.
Drop-shipped items (ship from our partner) may run 1–2 days behind your in-house shipment and will have separate tracking.
If you’re still short after a day, email orders@thefruitfulgrind.com with your Order #, missing SKU/qty, and photos of the outer box, shipping label, and packing slip/case count.
Freight/LTL: Note shortages on the BOL at delivery (e.g., “1 case short”) and include a photo of the signed BOL.
We’ll review and issue a replacement or credit—typically within 3–5 business days once resolved.
Our cases ship with Fruitful Grind–branded security tape that’s tamper-evident—it can’t be peeled; it must be cut with a sharp object. If a case arrives with cut/retaped tape, missing tape, or visible punctures/crushing, please:
Document before opening
Photograph the outer case, our security tape area, the shipping label, and any visible damage.
Then open and photograph the inner packaging/units.

For freight/LTL
Note specifics on the BOL before signing (e.g., “case retaped,” “hole on side,” “1 case crushed”) and snap a photo of the signed BOL. If damage is severe, you may refuse that case and note it on the BOL.
Keep all packaging
Don’t discard boxes or product until we confirm—carriers may request pickup/inspection.
Why the tape helps: It’s tamper-evident (not tamper-proof). If someone opens a case, the tape shows it, which helps us and the carrier validate and resolve issues quickly with a replacement or credit.
We start your claim right away, and as soon as it’s resolved we issue the refund/credit immediately.
Replacements: Ship same or next business day (stock permitting). Freight/LTL replacements typically deliver in 7–10 business days.
Refunds/Credits:
Card/ACH refunds: Issued immediately at resolution; banks usually post in 3–5 business days.
Store/Account credit (Net 30): Applied right away and visible in your account.
If a carrier inspection is required, we’ll let you know and keep you updated during that extra step.
Retail customers: You can create an account during checkout (just check “Create an account”) under the Billing Section.
Wholesale customers: Please Apply for Wholesale (see the Wholesale Program tab). Once approved, we’ll email you and your login will show wholesale pricing when you sign in.
