Step 1: Choose Your Ingredients
Pick from each category (you can skip some if preferred):
1–2 cups fruit (banana, berries, mango, etc.)
Optional vegetables (a handful of spinach, kale, etc.)
1 cup liquid base (milk, water, juice, etc.)
Creamy add-ins (½ cup yogurt or 1–2 tbsp nut butter)
Boosters (1 tbsp chia seeds or 1 scoop protein powder)
Sweetener (if needed, e.g., 1 tsp honey)
Extras (spices, lemon juice, etc.)
🧊 Step 2: Add Ingredients to Blender in the Right Order
This helps with smoother blending:
Liquids first
Soft ingredients (fruits, veggies, yogurt)
Harder/frozen items last
Top with seeds or powders
🌀 Step 3: Blend Until Smooth
Start on low, then increase to high
Blend for 30–60 seconds, or until creamy
Add more liquid if it’s too thick
Add ice cubes if it’s too runny and you want it colder
👅 Step 4: Taste and Adjust
Too thick? Add a splash of liquid and re-blend
Too bland? Add more sweetener, a squeeze of citrus, or a pinch of salt
Too strong? Add more banana or yogurt to mellow it out
🥛 Step 5: Pour and Serve
Pour into a glass or smoothie jar
Top with extra fruit, granola, or seeds (optional)
Enjoy immediately while cold and fresh
